COPS KILLING DOGS

This page is about to be revived for a specific single purpose which is right now more important than anything I know about. For it is like a snowball heading to hell with so many dogs being shot by Cops for NO REASON except that it was either the best convenience or that they wanted to fire their guns with no regard to the people who loved those pets as much as they loved their children. So its time to start a movement to STOP once and for all. These cops murdering Pets.

Please stay tuned for the entire directions and for the role you can play and it wont cost you one single  penny to do your part. And its not about TRAINING. they are already trained. Its about policy its about them feeling as if its ok to kill dogs. Thank you.

PS please comment on this post and say if you are willing to be the CEO of your own district. of where you live.

THEY DO GOOD WORK

Dear Animal Friend,

Folks were very busy at Crossing Paths this year and as a result more dogs, cats, puppies and kittens found homes than ever before.  More than 1400 animals went from a bleak, uncertain future to the safety of their own homes.

Many of the animals we saw this year were sick or injured, needed emergency surgeries or heartworm treatment.  We helped as many as we could and hope that in 2014 we can do even better.

Our "Fix Your Mama!" program fixed hundreds of dogs and cats in Blount County and helped reduce the number of abandoned animals and those taken to the county pound.  If you live in Blount County and need financial help getting your female dog or cat or male pit bull fixed, call 205-559-7007.

With your help we can set another record year for the animals in 2014.  A donation to Crossing Paths helps pay for medical needs but also buys food, supplies and pays the water and heating bills.

If you can help the animals, please send a check/MO to:
Crossing Paths
Box 304
Locust Fork, AL 35097

Use your PayPal account to: met@otelco.net
or
Call 205-559-7648

If you live in the Cleveland/Locust Fork area and want to volunteer we can use your help in the laundry, walking dogs and countless other tasks.

Please forward this email to your animal friends and see our attached flier!

Here's to a safe and prosperous year for the animals!

The folks at Crossing Paths

MONSTER MURDERS MOTHER AND PUPPIES

Imagine if you will...the most inhumane and despicable display of animal abuse and for months and months nothing happens. Sent to the Attorney General's office. Now it makes you wonder why this was sent to the Attorney General's office and not handled by the DA in the County in which the horrific act of cruelty was carried out...This happened in APRIL. One of those things that make you go hmmm...So..   wonder if later on when this monster whose name is Pat King of Blountsville,Alabama was arrested for two counts of sexual abuse,
THIS MADE THEM ACT ON THE ANIMAL CRUELTY AS WELL. So it must have been that it was
not all that important that a monster committed the  most horrendous acts of animal cruelty...and they must not know that animal cruelty and other horrific acts committed on humans go hand in hand..what a failure...what a failure of justice..And...wonder what else this monster has gotten scot free on in the past?

He said he beat them to death...but did he beat them to death in the beginning or did he bury them alive as was first described by the only witness who is not not appearing anywhere now. Did he beat them to death ONLY after requests were made to exhume the bodies of the mother and puppies...so did he beat them
to death after he dug them back up ...and what was left for forensics was ...beaten to pieces...TO PIECES..and he said with a  baseball bat. For legal purposes...ALL ALLEGEDLY...I was not there. I am
not a witness. But I find the following to be unreal..the first unreal...

The hometown county newspaper wrote much later this story:
Published 1/16/13:

Blountsville man indicted on animal abuse charges

by Nicole Singleton

On April 23, 2012, the Blountsville Police Department responded to a complaint of cruelty to animals at a residence on King Drive, according to a press release from Chief Ray Baxley.  The complaint indicated a mother dog and her eight puppies had been killed.
The suspect was contacted and cooperated with the investigation.  The case was presented to the Blount County grand jury at the end of October 2012, and the grand jury returned with a "true bill" and a criminal indictment.  The indictment was issued and served in November 2012.  The suspect is out on bond and awaiting trial.

HE IS COOPERATING????? what a disgrace....
And  notice they didnt mention the sexual abuse counts returned from the grand jury..It can only be one of two things..who you are...or that animals dont matter..which one is it?
# cc2012 307
3 counts of felony cruelty to a dog or cat.

Also.......

# cc2012 308
2 counts of sexual abuse
The Attorney General's Office, Kelly H. Godwin, is prosecuting the case.  It will be heard in Blount County by a judge other than King's brother but as of today no court date has been set.
Case number --cc2012 307.
