He goes on to say:"I've been around him a lot " Mr.Parcelle...consider this.
There are two kinds of murder. This applies to animals as well as humans. If someone kills someone from a distance, say as in shooting them. It detaches the victim and the killer. But if someone uses a knife up close and personal, then it becomes intimate and personal and certainly adds the pleasure of the kill to the killer. That describes Vic. He murdered dogs with his bare hands and since I was not there, I have to say there must be many more ways he murdered them to satisfy that dark element inside him. If he had not been discovered do you really believe he would have stopped?
This is not the same as someone who has acquired too many animals and they cannot care for them properly...not the same Mr.Pacelle. Are you out of your league here or have you been smitten by the football craze? There are consequences to actions that are despicable Mr.Vic. I don't give a damm what you tell your children. You committed it. You have to pay just as anyone else has to pay. No you do not deserve to have a pet. The only way I would say yes is for Mr.Parcelle to move in with you and your family.
Then Mr.Parcelle goes on to say this ridiculous crap:America loves its pets, but also condones hunting animals, raising them for meat and using them in experiments and tests, Pacelle noted. "You get a lot of mixed signals from our society about this."
That may explain how Vick was able to "rationalize" his cruelty, Pacelle said, but he added that it does not excuse it: "He knew it was illegal; he knew it was wrong."
Mr.Parcelle you surely should stay within the bounds of what you know. No way, NO REMOTE way can this be equated with what VIC did. Please remain silent for you are surely misleading people.
